Desopsa is the shorted name for the Desopsa Empire, also a allternative name for the Desops Region. Before Darkshadow's unification of Desopsa It was made up by a number of small warring kingdoms and City states.

Desopsa is located in the South West of the continent of Primalava and is on the northenmost edge of the southen Ocean, The orginal Dessi tribe settled in the valley of the Dess River, during its history Desopsa has had several splits and unifications, with the present day empire the largest its been in its History, with several colonies in the Southen Ocean.
Desopsa is renown for its rolling hillside and vast wheat fields. Many farms and windmills cover the countryside. The countryside also contains a few clay mines, however its woods resources are spase. popoluar groves are one of the main tree types, built by farmers as a wind barrier and an alternative to hedges. Many fast flowing brooks lie at the bottom of the hills. In particular the dess river whichs flows right from the Collov mountains to Dessina city at the mouth.

The Second Desopsan empire was unifed by Darkshadow previously the land was made up of many warring kingdoms, which had splintered from the orginal Desopsan Empire.

Desopsa has allways been a large producer of grain, and with recent expansion, and devoplments at the Dessina University of Agriculture production has been the highest in history. The ports at Dessina City means Desopsa is a properous trading nation making lots of gold. Finaly recent Growth in the Desopsan highlands (another name for the Collov mountains.) means more stone and wood is being produced in those alpine region.

Dessina city, historicaly has been one of the centers of the world, and due to recent unification is now trying to hold its name up.
Dessina City is full of universities such as the DUoA and the DUoMP (Dessina University of Agriculture and the Dessina University of Mechanical physics.) making Desopsa home to many farming and trading inventions, such as the 1 ton crane, spoked carts and windpumps and Irragation.
Desopsan foods, are mainly Bread based, with small ammounts of meat, and a wide varrity of seafoods. barly is often grown alongside grain and several rich vineyards make Desopsan wines and beers very poupoular. The best Resturans are located in the center of Desopsa, and Resonably priced Taverns are located on the outskirts.
The west Side of Dessina city, is home to many artists and playwrites, The highly detailed paintings are popular with the rich merchants.And my Forgien nobles come here aswell.

His Imperial army
Upone the re-unification of Desopsa, Darkshadow realised the importance to get the warrior class on his side, his ideas of equality wern't popoular with the Old ruling class, so he offered the Warriors of the different kingdoms the Desopsan Imperial army, or Officaly titled "His Imperial army" the Offical coulour of the arms is light blue, and many familes entire lives revolve around it, as it offers a secure lifetimes job, with plenty of Promotion and Adventure to forgien lands, all with Free accomadation and Food and a resonable pay to top it.
The Imperial army is made into three main units types:
- Imperial Swordsmen - standard unit
- Blue guard - Elite
- Imperial Sharpshooters - Crossbowmen
Often army is Joined by Hillmen scouts from the Collov mountains.
The Peoples' armies
However since the days of the Kingdom, many Farmers had become experienced in arms, from either having to defend their lands, or the ruthless warlord kings Conscripting them to form his huge armies. Quickly it became a major part of a farmers life to teach his sons how to fight, if possible these Conscripts were armed with spare swords, and if not then cheap mass produced spears.
Darkshadow also realised this importance, and all healthy Desopsans Undergo a short Millitary service and then attend their local unit weekly to train, Young merchants sons also join these units and are able to purchase their own armour and are often mounted. They enjoy this life of adventure before settling down to follow their farthers businness.
The Peoples armies are made into these main units:
- Homeland Spearmen
- Homeland Swordsmen
- Honour swordsmen - Richer memebers able to buy own armour and weapons.
