[edit] History of LUEnited Empires
LUEnited Empires was founded on 05/04/2008 by Emperor Luigi, Will Smith and Caketime. LUE slowly gained members and has stayed quiet for some time. During beta, LUE and Kingdom of the Esoteric attempted a merger and while that was going on Emperor Luigi went on vacation and put Shinigen Takeda in charge of LUE. During that time, Caketime, the Minister of Foreign Affairs/Loli of Propagandhi wanted to find out what LUE was going to do after the war system came out and Shinigen did not show him the information so Caketime overreacted and went on the forum and leaked the information of what was planned for LUE for the war system. Emperor Luigi was lucky enough to get online that time and he kicked Caketime out of LUE and the merger with KoTE fell apart and never happened. When Caketime was kicked out, the rest of the ministers left LUE and that left Emperor Luigi and Will Smith to take care of the whole alliance. It eventually lead to the decay of LUE and most of LUEs members went inactive and quit Galava. Eventually the war system was released and LUE was involved in the Funky Town side of the war alongside KRJ, \m/, and SWF. During the war, Emperor Luigi and Will Smith saw how bad of a shape LUE was in and decided to save what was still there and on August 3rd merged into KRJ.

The Biumvirate of LUE are the highest in command of the guild. They share equal power. They control it and hold final say in all the decisions.
The Loli Battle Machine is in charge of helping the Biumvirate with LUE's military structure, and he is allowed to approve targets for war and espionange. Only the Biumvirate can initiate a war with another guild. The Loli Battle Machine is allowed to appoint military staff to assist in organizing the military. The LoD can appoint an assistant if they wish.
Chiyo-Chan is in charge of helping the Biumvirate with LUE's registration, recruitment, finances and members and to ensure that every member of LUE will get education and knowledge they deserve. The LoIA can appoint a(n) assistant(s) if they wish.
The Loli of Propagandhi is in charge of helping the Biumvirate with LUE's diplomatic relations, treaties and diplomats. He is allowed to appoint assistants diplomats to help him making treaties and taking care of diplomatic relations. The LoFA has to get an ok from the Biumvirate to finalize a treaty. Loli of Propagandhi is also in charge of taking care of LUE's embassies.
The Biumvir of LUE are allowed to oversee, and in consensus, remove any directors and members appointed to help directors.
[edit] Rules of LUE:
1. No member is allowed to start violent actions against any nation without permission of The Biumvirate or Loli Battle Machine. 1.A ) No member of LUE is allowed to attack any empire without permission. 1.B ) No member of LUE is allowed to spy on any empire without permission.
2. Raiding of unalligneds is allowed with permission from leadership.
3. No member of LUE shall send any form of foreign aid to an enemy of LUE, or to an enemy of any of LUE's allies. For allies, only with permission from Loli Government.
4. No member of LUE shall be part of any other guild while they retain membership in LUE.
5. No member of LUE shall spy on any guild or pass classified information to any alliance or third party.
6. No member of LUE shall negotiate about official matters with another guild government members without permission from the Biiumvirate.
7. All members of LUE shall follow Galava rules ingame and in Galava forums. Members failing to do this will be removed from LUE. a) Exception being if trolling permission is granted and proxies are used. awesome.gif
8. No members of LUE may disrespect other guild members or gov in the forum or IRC. Keep the mean stuff to your self plox.

[edit] Article I: Ruth Buzzi better watch her back
All unaligned players are subject to the oppression of the LUEnited Empires until such time that they join a guild or show some backbone and repel our attacks. If such an event occurs, LUEnited Empires members are to cease all attacks and provide aid for the defending player, in the form of jewgolds or some other resource. Invitation to the guild may be provided on a case to case basis.
[edit] Article II: Daylight Bombings
If a member of the LUEnited Empires is attacked by a guilded player, that member has the right to retaliate by whatever means necessary. Further, any guilded player attacking a member of LUE opens themselves up for attacks made by other members of the LUE faction. Any guild members aiding said player also open themselves up for attacks made by LUE. If aggression continues after 24 hours, LUE will consider itself to be at war with the aggressor and will launch fullscale attacks at all opposing targets. During or after the 24 hour period, mediation can be attempted at any time to prevent further harm.
[edit] Article III: Asleep on the front lines
Any member of LUE caught with their pants down (Insufficient defense) will not be considered for enacting Article II. If the leadership determines that the player could have prevented the attack or at least have had better defenses for their provinces, no Daylight Bombings will occur. Instead, said player will be laughed at and forced to post a picture of a clown driving a Zamboni on the forums. Said picture will be posted in a random thread, likely having nothing to do with the subject at hand.
[edit] Article IV: Shadetree Mechanics
Any form of communication made by members of the LUE faction who are not part of the leadership should be disregarded if said communication contains slander, hubris, boasts, threats, etc. especially if said slander and/or threats are directed toward the player outside the game. (example: threats or slander made via instant messenger programs, email, and the like.)

When declaring war, LUE will adopt a total war policy with whatever faction that it decides to fight against. Crops will be burned, houses razed, wimmens raped, children sold into slavery (after rape, of course), etc. LUE expects this exact same behavior of it's adversaries. Therefore, requests for mercy will fall upon deaf ears until such time that the opposing faction's leadership proposes Armistice.
[edit] Article VI: Spitshine Sonata
After war is ended, LUE will offer it's services in helping any enemy factions to rebuild and restore their provinces to full capacity upon request. LUE does not expect this of any other faction and offers this as a show of good will. After all, we're here to have fun not make people quit the game.
